Transmissions are very expensive these days for both the customer and the shops building them and they've also gotten much more complex. Excellence is more critical now than it's ever been in our industry. The only way to maintain excellence and a high level of execution from our builders is with lots of repetitions with every high production model out there. It's worth it to us to reach all the way across Michigan if we have to keep that build volume high and to keep those reps coming. That's just how we operate. It's not a gimmick, it's more gym time. Take advantage of it.
It's simple, really. Take care of your vehicle and we'll take care of the unit we built for you. We want the fluid changed regularly because ultra-thin viscosities required these days wear out fast. Also, we live in Michigan, things corrode here. It's necessary to get a certified mechanic under the vehicle once a year to look for any leaks that may develop from corrosion around gaskets or fittings. Doesn't matter how well the unit was built, if it runs out of oil, it can be destroyed instantly just like an engine. It's worth it to everybody to verify no slow leaks are developing that would bring the fluid level down and harm the unit.

We do have a key drop outside the building if you would like to have your vehicle towed in or dropped off. If you're picking one up, just let the service writer know before they leave and they will accommodate after hours pick up.
Mike Kaz and his crew have rebuilt a number of transmissions for me personally, and for Snellers Landscaping. They have a quick turnaround when needed during a snow storm, which is awesome. They have the capability to upgrade and build you're transmission for the specific need of that vehicle. They are the only ones that touch our transmissions!

Quick, Affordable, and Knowledgeable! I looked at 2 other shops in Hudsonville who both tried way to hard to oversell themselves as the "only option".
